Offline exhibition requirements


Purchasers who participate offline need to pre register in advance to visit the Canton Fair.

Special attention:


1. All domestic buyers applying for offline participation at the 134th Canton Fair need to register again, and their old accounts cannot be logged in. Invited enterprises can register new accounts with the invitation code provided by the trading group


2. The deadline for domestic buyers to apply for certification is: the first phase of certification: 24:00 on October 8th, and the second and third phases of certification: 24:00 on October 12th.


3. If the enterprise has not been invited, has not passed the transaction team review, or has not successfully processed the domestic purchase permit, please do not go to the Canton Fair venue.



The qualification standards, certification fees, and quotas for attending the conference are as follows:



Qualification standards for participation:



Participating enterprises must be wholesale, retail, and manufacturing enterprises registered within China, engaged in import business, with a revenue of 50 million RMB, and a business scope that matches the theme of the Canton Fair exhibition area.


Ordinary enterprises with an annual revenue of 50 million to 200 million yuan; The company with an annual revenue of 200 million yuan and on the invitation list of key domestic buyers at the Canton Fair is a VIP enterprise.

Certification fee and quota:


Domestic purchaser certificates are divided into free certificates and fee certificates. Free certificates will be processed on schedule, and fee certificates will be processed on a per piece basis. The fee for the fee certificate is 300 yuan per person per day, and an additional 50 yuan production fee will be charged for each certificate.


Each ordinary enterprise can apply for fee certificates for up to 3 employees (unlimited number); VIP enterprises can have up to 3 employees
